Enrollment fees are refundable only before Client has been granted access to any portion of the Program. Once access has been granted — including but not limited to the training curriculum, coaching calls, practice tools, or proprietary Materials — enrollment fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. This policy should match what is stated at checkout and in your enrollment agreement.
You may cancel your enrollment for a full refund at any time before your portal access has been activated. To cancel, contact [contact email] with your name and the email used at enrollment.
Once you have logged into the portal or otherwise been granted access to any portion of the Program, your enrollment fee is non-refundable, regardless of how much of the curriculum you complete, whether you continue participating, or whether you are ultimately connected to a Live Offer. This reflects the value of the training, coaching, and Materials made available to you immediately upon enrollment.
If you enroll using a payment plan or third-party financing (such as Shop Pay Installments or a similar provider), cancellation and refund terms may also be subject to that provider's own policies, in addition to ours.
We ask students to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card provider, so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
