She's Closing is a sales consulting and talent-development firm focused on sales training, coaching, and connecting trained students to real commission-based selling opportunities with partner companies across our B2B and B2C tracks. Where we connect a student to a partner company, that student earns commission directly on what they personally close; being connected does not create an employment relationship between the student and the Academy or the partner company.
We do not promise or guarantee specific income, employment, job placement, client results, or business outcomes of any kind. Individual results depend on effort, market conditions, prior experience, and factors outside our control. See our Earnings Disclaimer for more detail.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant at our discretion.
Tuition, payment terms and any available payment plans will be presented at checkout or during the enrollment process through our designated payment processor. All payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details.
All curriculum materials, frameworks, scripts, videos, worksheets and other content provided through the Academy are the intellectual property of She's Closing and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
Access to community spaces (group chats, calls, forums) is a privilege. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in harassment, abusive behavior, or conduct that harms other members.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, She's Closing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the program.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
