1. Agreement to terms

By accessing this website or applying to / enrolling in She's Closing ("the Academy," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enroll in the program.

2. Nature of the program

She's Closing is an educational and coaching program focused on sales training, communication skills and professional development. It is not an employer, staffing agency, or recruiting service, and enrollment does not create an employment relationship between you and the Academy or any third party.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not promise or guarantee specific income, employment, job placement, client results, or business outcomes of any kind. Individual results depend on effort, market conditions, prior experience, and factors outside our control. See our Earnings Disclaimer for more detail.

4. Eligibility and application

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant at our discretion.

5. Payment and enrollment

Tuition, payment terms and any available payment plans will be presented at checkout or during the enrollment process through our designated payment processor. All payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details.

6. Intellectual property

All curriculum materials, frameworks, scripts, videos, worksheets and other content provided through the Academy are the intellectual property of She's Closing and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

7. Community conduct

Access to community spaces (group chats, calls, forums) is a privilege. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in harassment, abusive behavior, or conduct that harms other members.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, She's Closing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the program.

9. Changes to these terms
